What We Offer
Renter Responsibilities
Set up and take down of personal décor.
Provide event liability insurance (10 days prior).
Bag and bin all trash (no sweeping or mopping required).
Remove all rental items and décor at end of event (unless pre-approved).
Rental Access
All-Day Rental: Access from 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM on event day.
Set-Up Time: Up to 4 hours the evening before (building availability required).
Alcohol Policy
Banquet Permit: $10 WA State permit (required before event).
Bartender/Caterer: Credentials must be submitted for approval.
Open Bar: Required under banquet permit; alcohol must be provided by applicant.
Security: Required for all events serving alcohol. Venue security available at $35/hr per guard (number based on guest count).

Tables & Chairs:
Round 72” tables (seats up to 10)
White resin Chiavari chairs
Wooden farm tables (seats 8–12)
Wooden X-back chairs
Table linens (variety of sizes/colors)
Bridal Suite available upon request.
Kitchen Access: Heating and serving only (no cooking).
Set-Up & Clean-Up: Venue handles tables, chairs, linens, and full cleaning.
